What do you want to achieve?

Healthy Lifestyles Hub

We have created a Healthy Lifestyles Hub to provide a quick and easy way of accessing our services whether you are a member of the public or a professional; The Healthy Lifestyles Hub will be based at First Point Telford, Civic Offices.

Through an initial healthy lifestyle assessment our Healthy Lifestyles Team can support you in accessing appropriate information, advice and services.

Our specialist team will be available at drop-in sessions throughout the week or via appointment.
